Salary: Up to $90K (Based on Experience) Key Responsibilities Drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, contracts, and policies; Liaising with clients by phone and email through all stages of a matter; Coordinating the issuance, service, and filing of court and tribunal documents; Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely submission of materials to courts and tribunals; Assisting with administrative tasks such as billing support, document management, and internal file tracking; Understanding and applying the Rules of Civil Procedure and relevant practice directions, and the rules of administrative tribunals; and Various administrative duties, as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Law Clerk or Legal Assistant. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects, manage workload, and meet deadlines. Client-service oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and resourceful, with strong analytical ability. Excellent writing skills. Proficiency with legal document formatting. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
