Job Description

National Project Integration Consultant Purolator Inc. Overview We are seeking a National Project Integration Lead to collaborate with Operations and crossfunctional teams to successfully implement project initiatives into our business processes. The role involves requirement gathering, solution discussions, change management, training, communication, and UAT support. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements to identify gaps and develop deployment strategies for Operations and other departments. Lead crossfunctional business teams to operationalize changes for new capabilities, processes, and technologies. Integrate best practices and deployment frameworks into the Tech To Company approach, including change management, pilot site selection, readiness assessments, deployment planning, communications, and training. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ramp up quickly on new initiatives. Visit terminals or business teams to understand challenges and gather feedback on solutions. Advocate for Operations within the project team, identify risks, and raise issues when gaps are identified. Communicate regularly with operations and stakeholders on upcoming changes, expectations, and status updates. Develop and execute deployment strategies across Operations and business functions, ensuring proper resourcing and delivery within timelines. Participate in UAT activities: Prepare and execute test cases. Document defects and issues to the UAT Lead. Perform landing tests on launch days during nonbusiness hours. Qualifications Bilingualism (French and English) is a preferred asset. 57 years of operational experience (management level preferred). 25 years of experience deploying processes or technologies to frontline and management levels. Thorough understanding of operational systems and processes. Experience with change management methodology (certification is an asset). Project management experience (PMP designation is an asset). Lean/Six Sigma training (Green Belt preferred). Postsecondary education preferred. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Selfdirected, motivated, and able to work independently and in a team. Strong leadership, project and timemanagement skills with ability to prioritize competing projects. Strong communication skills and high attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and support during offhours for release validation. Remote work capability; connectivity required.
