NeuraFlash, part of Accenture is growing and hiring a Solutions Engineer. As a member of our Solutions Engineering team, youll be heavily involved in the presales process for a variety of cuttingedge technology projects primarily with Salesforce, Agentforce, and more! Working closely with and reporting to our Senior Director of Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for demonstrating and creating value for NeuraFlash, part of Accenture services and products for Salesforce, building technical credibility in compelling demonstrations, and creating accurate and competitive proposals for projects. As a Solution Engineer, youll also contribute to our product development efforts and Service/Agentforce Product Portfolio through field feedback to our Product Managers. Our Product Managers collaborate closely with our Practice Leads and establish a bestinclass presales process to provide high growth and penetration into key accounts in the Salesforce ecosystem. What youll do Demonstrate Salesforce and NeuraFlash, part of Accentures products/assets to customers Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers Gather requirements for largescale service transformation projects Create compelling demos and deliver to customers and prospects, showcasing the power of the Salesforce platform and the value of NeuraFlash, part of Accenture as a Consulting Partner Create and modify Proposals SOWs and create responses to RFPs working alongside the NeuraFlash, part of Accenture delivery team Help maintain and update lead management, pipeline & forecasting in Salesforce Be liaison between the sales and the technical team to improve efficiency in customer sales responses and product improvements Learn about Salesforce, Agentforce, Einstein, AWS and our AI products and provide recommendations to customers and internal teams on leveraging Salesforce and AI to meet specific business needs Collaborate closely with delivery to develop project scope & estimates and execute our presales process to the highest degree Provide customer feedback and solutions to product management to continue to advance our portfolio of AppExchange products Continuously ensure the highest possible level of customer experience Drive innovation in the areas of Salesforce capabilities and AI in full partnership with NeuraFlash, part of Accentures AI teams Required qualifications 23 years experience selling CRM solutions/servicespreferably Salesforce and Agentforce or a similar technology 23 years in customerfacing role, preference for PreSales/Solution Engineering experience B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience Preferred skills 23 years in a consulting role Expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform & architecture A keen interest in learning rapidly in the AI space Strong customerfacing skills Attention to detail with great communication skills Team player Passion to succeed and drive the company forward Benefits & work style Remote & InPerson: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, or one of over half our NeuraFlash, part of Accenture Family who work remotely, were focused on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team.
