Vous travaillerez en troite collaboration avec des experts produits, des quipes charges de la russite client et des dveloppeurs de contenu afin de crer des solutions d'apprentissage volutives, attrayantes et efficaces qui favorisent l'adoption des produits et la russite des clients. Responsabilits Concevoir des expriences d'apprentissage centres sur le client qui favorisent l'intgration, le dveloppement des comptences et l'utilisation avance des produits et des plateformes Collaborer avec des experts en la matire afin de traduire des contenus techniques complexes en supports d'apprentissage clairs et attrayants Dvelopper des expriences d'apprentissage attrayantes qui exploitent les dernires techniques pour obtenir de solides rsultats d'apprentissage Appliquer les principes de conception pdagogique et d'apprentissage des adultes afin de garantir que le contenu est accessible, inclusif et efficace Utiliser les donnes et les commentaires des clients pour amliorer en permanence les expriences d'apprentissage et mesurer leur impact Collaborer avec des quipes interfonctionnelles afin d'aligner les solutions d'apprentissage sur le parcours client et les objectifs commerciaux Se tenir au courant des tendances en matire de technologies d'apprentissage, de conception UX et de formation client Qualifications minimales Licence ou master en conception pdagogique, technologies ducatives ou dans un domaine connexe Au moins 3 ans d'exprience dans la conception d'expriences d'apprentissage pour des publics externes, de prfrence dans un environnement SaaS ou technologique Matrise des outils de cration de formations en ligne (par exemple, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) et des logiciels de montage vido Exprience de travail avec les systmes de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS) et les normes SCORM/xAPI Solides comptences en communication et en gestion de projet Capacit simplifier les fonctionnalits complexes des produits pour en faire un contenu d'apprentissage digeste Position Overview As a Learning Experience Designer, youll design and deliver impactful learning experiences that empower our customers to unlock the full potential of Autodesk products and platforms. Youll work closely with product experts, customer success teams, and content developers to create scalable, engaging, and effective learning solutions that drive product adoption and customer success. Responsibilities Design customercentric learning experiences that support onboarding, skill development, and advanced product and platform usage Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into clear, engaging learning materials Develop engaging learning experiences that leverage the latest techniques to drive strong learning outcomes Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and effective Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve learning experiences and measure impact Partner with crossfunctional teams to align learning solutions with customer journeys and business goals Stay current with trends in learning technology, UX design, and customer education Minimum Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field 3+ years of experience designing learning experiences for external audiences, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment Proficiency with elearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and video editing software Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards Strong communication and project management skills Ability to simplify complex product features into digestible learning content About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk! Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesks competitive compensation package. For CanadaBC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $101,000 and $138,930. Offers are based on the candidates experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
