As a Salesforce Consultant at Plative, you will design and implement Salesforce solutions for a diverse range of Nonprofit clients. Candidates should possess knowledge of Salesforce's functional and technical capabilities in the Nonprofit space. You will act as a knowledgeable liaison with client executives, uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy, and create effective solutions to address the client's needs. Were a self-motivated, creative group, and we emphasize collaboration, flexibility, and professionalism.Responsibilities Include:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.Lead discovery sessions to gather business, functional, and technical requirements.Collaborate cross-functionally to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with internal team members to deliver quality work and raise project limitations and risks earlyManage and facilitate project delivery and build components as necessary.Manage end-to-end delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients.Configure and customize Salesforce.com core productsConfiguration of Salesforce.com and related third party applicationsDevelop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategyGuide testing approaches for internal quality assurance and user acceptance.Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, methodologies, and tools relevant to the nonprofit sectorBasic Qualifications:2-4 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on the nonprofit sectorBachelor's degree or equivalentSalesforce Administrator (ADM201) certificationSalesforce Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP experienceStrong business acumen, curiosity, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and relational skillsAptitude for using technology and dataDesired Qualifications:In-depth technical expertise in the Salesforce platformProficiency with Salesforce FlowsExperience delivering complex Salesforce projectsExperience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, website and experience design concepts and methodologiesKnowledge of core social sector concepts like grant management, program management, impact measurement, and fundraisingHow Youll Embody Our Core ValuesAt Plative, our core values shape how we work, collaborate, and grow.
