People like you!Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. This role offers a dynamic blend of commercial and transactional responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on contract negotiation and drafting, regulatory compliance, acquisitions, joint ventures, policies, corporate governance, and intellectual property.
