Akkodis is seeking a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) to lead and deliver Copilot training programs across multiple formats and audiences. This role is critical in enabling organizations to leverage Microsoft Copilot effectively for productivity, innovation, and advanced development scenarios. Candidates must be able to work in either Ottawa or Toronto. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver Copilot training for diverse audiences: Business Leaders: Strategic adoption and governance Business Users Bootcamp: Hands-on, practical sessions for everyday use Development Pathway: Training for developers to integrate and customize Copilot Advanced Development Pathway: Deep-dive sessions for advanced Copilot capabilities Create engaging, interactive learning experiences using Microsoft best practices. Assess learner needs and tailor content for government, public sector, and enterprise environments. Provide post-training support and resources to ensure successful adoption. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve curriculum and delivery methods. Qualifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, AI integration, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Proven experience delivering technical and business-focused training programs. Bilingual (English/French) is an asset. Experience in government or public sector environments is an asset. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to adapt content for different learning levels and roles. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure AI, and Copilot extensibility. Instructional design experience for virtual and in-person formats. Strong problem-solving and consultative approach. Candidates must hold or be eligble to obtain Secret Security Clearance from the Government of Canada.
