Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to join our elite team. In this critical role, you will drive the design, deployment, and security of our modern, containerized application environment. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Design, implement, and maintain the core Kubernetes based container orchestration platform , ensuring high performance, scalability, and resilience. Develop and manage infrastructure deployment/configuration using automation tools, with a strong focus on Helm charts for consistent and repeatable application packaging and deployment. Implement and manage distributed, high-performance storage solutions, specifically administering and optimizing Ceph clusters for critical application data. Own and secure the organization's identity posture by implementing and maintaining SSO and Identity Provider (IDP) solutions, including deep configuration of Keycloak and integration with LDAP . Configure, manage, and audit network security components such as firewalls, VPNs, Ingress/Egress traffic controls , ensuring strong perimeter and internal security. Use Python for automation scripts, monitoring tools, and custom integrations to streamline operations and enhance observability. Define and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR). Must-Have Qualifications 6+ years of progressive experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Security Engineering , with strong focus on cloud-native technologies. Hands-on Kubernetes administration and production deployments . Expertise in developing, testing, and managing reusable deployments using Helm charts . Strong experience with IAM, SSO, IDP , Keycloak , and LDAP directory integrations. Experience designing and maintaining distributed, software-defined storage systems, especially Ceph . Strong knowledge of Ingress/Egress controllers and security group management. Solid proficiency in Python for automation, API interaction, and tooling. Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR). Nice to Have Experience with Kong as an API Gateway or Ingress Controller. Knowledge of binary repository tools such as Artifactory . Experience in designing and implementing secure CI/CD pipelines. Certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CISSP, Security+ .
