Youll be responsible for staffing, process optimization, consumables management, fleet, and property operations, all while driving consistency and efficiency between locations.A major part of this role will be building systems and standardizing processes that define how we operate. Youll design and implement standard operating procedures, improve workflows, and help shape a scalable structure for future growth.Youll also sit as a member of our Health and Safety Team, leading initiatives that promote a strong safety culture across all sites.What Youll DoLead multi-location warehouse and logistics operationsBuild and implement systems, SOPs, and standardized processesOversee fleet and property operations, ensuring compliance and reliabilityManage inventory, consumables, and purchasing coordination (Min/Max levels)Develop and execute training and growth plans for all team membersDrive continuous improvement and efficiency across the logistics networkChampion health and safety and conduct regular site auditsWhat You Bring7+ years of logistics, warehouse, or operations management experienceProven success leading teams across multiple sitesExpertise in logistics systems, fleet operations, and warehousingStrong process-building, systems-thinking, and problem-solving skillsExperience contributing to Health and Safety programsCollaborative, high-energy leadership style with a passion for people and progressWhy Join UsAt Dunn Group of Companies, youll build structure, culture, and growth from the ground up.
