The successful candidate will work with a collaborative team in a well-established organization where there is a cooperative rate.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:Work with the project lead, PM, business teams, IT, and the ATS vendor, maintain project plans and timelines, and lead kickoff and status updates.Data Migration:Assess all legacy data sources, define migration scope, create data mapping, support data cleanup, run test migrations, and plan cutover.Configuration & Customization:Translate business needs into system configurations, design workflows, fields, roles, and reporting, and ensure compliance.Integrations:Define data flows with systems (e.g., M365, SAP), coordinate API/middleware work, and validate integration performance.Testing & Quality Assurance:Develop test cases, lead UAT, resolve issues, and ensure readiness for go-live.Training & Change Management:Build training materials, conduct sessions, and support adoption and post-launch feedback.Reporting & Continuous Improvement:Define reporting needs, monitor system performance, and recommend enhancements.DeliverablesProject charter, requirements, configuration/integration specs, UAT plan and results, training materials, post-implementation documentation, and review report.What You DemonstrateStrong communication, collaboration, time management, attention to detail, urgency, analytical ability, and the skill to translate business needs into technical solutions.Qualifications:10+ years in software implementation (ATS/HRIS preferred).Knowledge of recruitment workflows.Experience with integrations and APIs.Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.We thank all candidates in advance.
