Location: North York and/or BramptonPosition Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an IT & Digital Supply Chain Project Manager to lead medium to high-complexity digital and IT initiatives across our Supply Chain functions. You will be responsible for ensuring robust project scoping, building strong business cases, planning and coordinating activities, and driving projects from ideation to successful delivery.In this role, you will oversee the on-time, on-budget execution of key Supply Chain digital initiativesensuring that each project is well-resourced, risk-mitigated, aligned with business priorities, and meets the defined Success Criteria. You will also act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders to remove roadblocks and deliver high-impact outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of medium to high-complexity IT and Digital projects within Supply Chain from initiation to project close.Build clear business cases and ensure accurate scoping, costing, and resource planning.Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication strategies.Apply the appropriate project management methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) to ensure smooth execution.Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple functions.Manage cross-functional teams and ensure seamless collaboration between IT, Supply Chain, vendors, and business partners.Track progress against Success Criteria and ensure flawless execution and adoption of deployed solutions.Support digital transformation initiatives including advanced analytics, machine learning models, and other emerging technologies in the Supply Chain.Ensure adherence to governance, change management, and documentation standards.Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment with tight deadlines.Profile RequirementsStrong experience in Supply Chain operations, with hands-on involvement in digital transformation projects.Mandatory: Experience leading 23 full-cycle implementations of platforms such as SAP, OMP, or similar enterprise solutions in the Supply Chain domain.Prior experience with digital technologies such as Data platforms, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning models is strongly preferred.Ability to fluently apply Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.Comfortable working in high-speed environments with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams without a predefined playbook.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in project execution.Experience in CPG or Manufacturing environments is considered an asset.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience.Strong ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions.
