The teams culture is hands-on, safety-focused, and collaborative, and with demand growing in the region, its a great time to jump in and be part of something exciting.Your new role:As an Estimator, youll be diving into tenders, drawings, and specs to assess project feasibility and develop pricing that makes sense. Youll help guide projects from bid to build, working alongside Project Managers, senior leadership, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly. Your work will have a direct impact on how Ram wins new business and delivers solid results for clients.What youll need to succeed:Youll need to be comfortable reading blueprints and technical specs, communicating clearly with clients and teammates, and coming up with practical solutions on the fly. Being organized and detail-oriented is key, and you should be confident using Microsoft Office tools. A valid drivers license is a must, and ideally youll bring at least three years of experience in construction or boiler retrofit work.
