The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and providing technical documentation to support the development and enhancement of our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, a background in web applications, and experience in testing methodologies.ResponsibilitiesConduct a thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Identify gaps in existing systems and processes and propose solutions to address them.I'd like you to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, making sure they're aligned with business objectives.Create comprehensive technical documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, and user guides.Perform systems analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Utilize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases to support decision-making processes.Participate in the testing phase of projects, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Work closely with developers and QA engineers to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Provide support and assistance to end-users during the implementation and deployment of new systems or enhancements.RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.3+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.Experience with web application development and understanding of web technologies.Familiarity with testing methodologies and experience in conducting various types of testing.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
