Our products include custom compostable, recycled, and reusable packaging solutions designed to elevate brands.MissionOwn and grow our distributor representative network and manage existing distributor relationships, both with broadliners and paperhouses. Youll identify, contact, and reach out to distributor sales teams; support them with materials and training; and process orders.What Youll Do1) Relationship Development & ExpansionIntroduce noissue to 10-20 new distributor sales reps per week.Maintain touchpoints with 10-20 existing reps per week to drive pull-through.Process and manage distributor orders.Support the noissue account managers with selecting distributors.Build rep-level relationships at depots/branches; map coverage by region & vertical.Create rep education materials (one-pagers, sell sheets, pricing cheat-sheets, quick-demo decks).Coordinate joint activities (lunch-and-learns, depot trainings, sample drops).2) Order Management & Revenue OperationsTrack POs end-to-end: entry, confirmations, ETAs, shipments, and delivery issues.Ensure order accuracy (specs, print details, over/under allowances) and set expectations.Monitor payment terms; partner with AR on receivables follow-up.Work with distributor representatives to organize and finalize customer artwork.3) Sales Enablement & SupportRun product trainings for distributor teams (aligned to depot schedules).Handle sample logistics and keep collateral current.Respond same day to rep inquiries.Maintain a clean CRM with rep profiles, touchpoints, and pipeline.4) Performance Analytics & ReportingWeekly KPIs: new contacts, SQLs opened, active touchpoints, orders processed, revenue attributed.Monthly: rep engagement scoring, distributor trend analysis, pipeline by depot.Quarterly business reviews with key distributors; identify underperformance and action plans.Targets & KPIs90-Day Benchmarks:120+ new reps contacted & profiled2530% conversion to active ordering reps95%+ on-time order processing rateYoure a Fit If You...Love finding people: you can build a cold warm active rep funnel from scratch.Dont need a step by step guide.
