This isnt a task-tracking roleits an outcome ownership position. Youll guide the delivery of our flagship interoperability platform (NEXIA), modular SCADA/data systems, and advanced automation solutions across manufacturing and logistics.Youll operate at the center of everythingconnecting software, deployment, product, and customer teams. Health/Dental BenefitsIncreased VacationProfit SharingBirthdays off with payFlexible work hoursFitness incentiveCareer developmentSocial and Team building eventsCharitable donation matchingRRSP/401K MatchingAAA/CAA Basic membership coverage What Youll Do:Project DeliveryLead fulllifecycle project deliverykickoff to lessons learned for NEXIA, SCADA, middleware, and OT system deploymentsConduct plan and design reviews, manage implementation milestones, oversee customer handoff, and support the transition from the project team to the service teamStakeholder CoordinationAct as the central coordinator across DTG functions: Product, Implementation, Services, and Business DevelopmentAct as the voice of the customer to help identify gaps in our product offering or opportunities to act on unrealized potential within a customers process or facilityGuide technical alignment between system capabilities and customer expectationsScope ManagementPrevent scope creep through proactive discovery, documentation, and clear communication of project deliverablesEnsure all required work is captured, resourced, and aligned with the clients success criteriaLead internal and external conversations to evaluate impact, negotiate changes, and drive timely approvals for change ordersGenerate and qualify new leads discovered through project execution, feeding them into the sales funnelAdvocate for the clients long-term success by recommending solution extensions when justified by ROI or operational valueEnsure scope decisions are traceable and communicated across all relevant teams (delivery, sales, product, service)Culture & StandardizationChampion DTGs culture of curiosity, clarity, accountability, and grit in every projectIdentify repeatable patterns and lead standardization across deploymentsCoaching & Mentorship:Coach internal and external stakeholdersmodeling fearless execution and humanfirst problemsolvingNote: The key accountabilities are not an exhaustive list and other duties may be assigned as needed.
