Our team is dedicated to providing a seamless, supportive, and professional recruitment experience for every candidate.Position OverviewAs a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the entire recruitment cycle. You will ensure candidates are well-prepared, informed, and supported at every stage of the process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, managing multiple job orders, and driving successful placements from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & ScreeningSource qualified candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability.Clearly present job details, employer expectations, and required documentation to candidates.Recruitment Cycle ManagementManage candidates through all stages: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview preparation, and final selection.Coordinate interviews with employers and ensure candidates are fully briefed beforehand.Follow up with candidates regularly to maintain engagement and ensure smooth progression.Documentation & ComplianceCollect, review, and organize candidate documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Maintain detailed candidate records within the CRM/ATS.Support compliance requirements for immigration-based recruitment when applicable.Candidate Support & CommunicationProvide guidance and timely updates to candidates regarding their applications and next steps.Address questions, concerns, or challenges candidates may face during the hiring process.Build strong, positive relationships with candidates to ensure a professional recruitment experience.Pipeline & Job Order ManagementMaintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future job orders.Prioritize recruitment activities based on urgency, deadlines, and employer needs.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure job orders move forward efficiently.Qualifications12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (staffing agency experience preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Organized and able to manage multiple positions and candidate files simultaneously.Experience using CRM/ATS platforms or job posting tools is an asset.Knowledge of immigration programs is an advantage but not required.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?Competitive Salary: $55K$75K with incentive potential.Benefits: Comprehensive medical coverage.Career Growth: Opportunities to advance into senior recruitment or account management roles.Meaningful Impact: Help candidates secure life-changing job opportunities across Canada.Strong Team Culture: Supportive, communicative, and collaborative environment.
