Marie, Ontario is looking for an experienced professional to take on a key leadership role within our support services group. This position involves guiding and developing a team of 35 employees, shaping training initiatives, and helping maintain a strong culture of compliance, growth, and continuous improvement.In this role, you will: Lead and support a small team responsible for a range of training and workforce-readiness activities Help design, maintain, and improve training programs that meet internal standards and regulatory expectations Coordinate training needs across the organization, including internal sessions and external training arrangements Support change initiatives and collaborate with various groups across the site Oversee training schedules, documentation, and reporting to ensure operational readiness Contribute to the delivery of both classroom and hands-on learning experiencesWhat were looking for: Post-secondary education related to adult learning or a similar discipline Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a structured environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Comfortable presenting to groups of various sizes Experience with e-learning tools (such as Articulate Storyline) is considered an assetIf youre passionate about developing people, improving processes, and leading teams, wed love to hear from you.
