At Harbourfront Wealth, our core values start with the belief that great people make great companies.Career opportunity:We have a permanent part-time opportunity for an Administrative Assistant based 100% on-site at our South Surrey office. This position will focus on supporting all documentation activities required by the Investment Advisor. The role requires an individual who is professional, detail-oriented, independent, organized, and effective at multi-tasking, with strong data management skills. Candidates must be computer literate and capable of managing multiple files simultaneously in a digital environment, where attention to detail is of the utmost importance. You will be responsible for:Enhancing Advisors effectiveness by providing documentation management support;Receiving, organizing and inputting client data for account opening and updates;Mastering Harbourfronts digital documentation systems;Tracking and following up on account opening workflows through to completion;Managing a high volume of client files and data at once;Assisting in maintenance of office premises standards for appearance and day to day operations.The ideal candidate for this position has:Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar roleProficient with Microsoft Office particularly Excel & Outlook;Strong computer literacy and comfort in digital environment;Proven verbal and written communication skills;Ability to learn quickly and work independently;Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail;Ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and track follow-up;Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner.Salary Range: $18 per hour, with an expected schedule of 1520 hours per week.
