Design Project Manager Are you ready to step into a full design focused Project Manager role? If you''ve been working at the Assistant or Junior PM level managing smaller projects or running portions of larger programsand you''re ready to take full ownership of your own portfolio, this role is designed for you. What You''ll Do As a Design Project Manager, you''ll take the lead on end-to-end delivery of luxury retail projects, carrying the creative vision through design development, coordination, construction, and final turnover. You will: Lead your own projects from concept to completion, with mentorship available when tackling new challenges Coordinate closely with designers, architects, engineers, and site teams to translate design intent into precise execution Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and client updates with growing independence Oversee tendering and procurement, including preparing tender packages and evaluating trades Conduct site visits to review progress, ensure design alignment, and address issues early Facilitate design reviews, track changes, and ensure all details support brand standards and final aesthetics Problem-solve quickly and confidentlyknowing when to escalate and when to take action independently Keep communication flowing across all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage This role gives you the reins while still offering support from senior leaders who want to see you grow into a strong, confident PM.
