Contract to Full Time Project Director Title: Project Director (pursuit & delivery) Pursuit Rate: $170-175/HR CAD - Expect 20 to 30 hours per week Delivery Base Salary: $250,000-$275,000+ CAD Delivery Bonus: TBD Required: December 2025 Award Date: March 2026 Pursuit Location: Remote during pursuit (North America) Delivery Location: Toronto Market Sector: Aviation Competition: Major national contractors Position Summary A joint venture partnership is seeking an experienced Project Director (Construction) to join the team on a contract basis during the pursuit phase of a complex multi-phase renovation & redevelopment project of a major aviation complex in Ontario, Canada. The successful candidate will transition to a full-time position upon project award in March 2026 to lead the overall project execution phase. This leadership role is critical to the success of the bid and execution strategy. The Project Director will oversee planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution readiness for one of Canada''s largest and most complex airport infrastructure projects.
