Green Infrastructure Partners is currently hiring a Project Coordinator. Reporting to the Sr. Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing aspects of project change management, contract administration, and cost control. This role ensures that changes are properly documented, evaluated, and executed in compliance with contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the construction team and client representatives. Primary Scope of Role: Change Management & Variations Administer and track all change requests, variations, and amendments to the contract. Draft, review, and execute change orders in accordance with contractual requirements. Ensure timely review, approval, and implementation of changes in compliance with project governance and client standards. Maintain accurate records of all change documentation and correspondence. Contract Administration Support contract compliance by monitoring terms and conditions related to changes and variations. Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives to ensure proper execution of contractual obligations. Prepare and maintain logs for change orders, claims, and contractual notices. Cost Control & Financial Tracking Monitor and control project costs associated with changes and variations. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for proposed changes. Track T&M activities, validate costs, and ensure accurate billing to the client. Reconcile change-related costs against project budgets and report variances. Coordination with Construction Team Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and engineers to capture scope changes and impacts. Ensure timely communication of approved changes to the construction team for implementation. Provide guidance on documentation requirements for T&M work and change-related activities. Client Billing & Documentation Prepare and submit change-related invoices and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with client billing procedures and contractual terms. Maintain transparent and auditable records for all change transactions. Reporting & Communication Provide regular updates to project management and stakeholders on change status and financial impact. Develop and maintain dashboards or logs for tracking variations and associated costs. Liaise with client representatives to resolve queries and ensure alignment on change processes. Position Requirements: Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field. Minimum 35 years in change control, cost management, contract administration, or similar roles within construction or infrastructure projects. Experience working with large-scale transportation or infrastructure projects preferred. Strong proficiency in cost control systems, MS Word, and MS Excel. Familiarity with contract terms and conditions, particularly for public sector clients. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
