Now Hiring: Supply Chain Coordinator Well Juices | GTA About Well Juices: Our client, Well Juices , is a dynamic and growing company in the beverage manufacturing sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and operational excellence. They are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team and support production operations. Position Overview: As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout the production process. You''ll manage raw material supply, monitor inventory, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule deliveries of raw materials and packaging Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle/full inventory counts Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate records Ensure lot codes are shipped as directed Support warehouse organization and inventory maintenance Collaborate with internal teams on demand forecasting and procurement Process daily direct-to-customer and e-commerce orders Analyze supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with CFIA, BRC, and other relevant standards Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a supply chain role within food and beverage manufacturing Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, and CFIA regulations Post-secondary education Valid driver''s license and access to a vehicle (travel to warehouse sites required) Strong team collaboration and communication skills Why Join Well Juices?
