You''ll play a key role in helping streamline processe s to amalgamate those 2 warehouses into one brand-new massive warehouse set to open its doors in 2027! The Perks: $90-100k benefits 10% bonus vacation mileage reimbursement What You''ll Do Optimize Operations: Streamline routing, scheduling, and inter-warehouse transfers to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a large logistics team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and customer care. Deliver with Excellence: Oversee all aspects of last-mile delivery and pickup, ensuring flawless execution for every client event. Champion Safety & Compliance: Manage fleet compliance (CVOR, DOT, TDG) and implement proactive safety and driver training programs. Drive Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to identify service gaps, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to align logistics with business goals. Shape the Future: Lead strategic initiatives that modernize the logistics function through technology, scalability, and innovation. What You Bring Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics or transportation management, including 3+ years in a senior or multi-site leadership role Operations mindset to think critically to see how your role affects other other areas of the company (sales, finance, operations, etc) Strong knowledge of fleet safety, compliance, and transportation regulations (CVOR, TDG, DOT) Expertise with logistics software, route optimization, and fleet management systems A collaborative leadership style with a track record of building high-performance teams Valid driver''s license and flexibility to travel between 2 warehouse sites willingness to work outside of traditional work hours to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes
