If you're passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, wed love to have you on board!We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant or Paralegal with demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts within the food and beverage sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly related to alcohol licensing and operational permits.Responsibilities:Draft, review, and interpret commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing documents.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the food and beverage industry.Prepare and manage documentation related to alcohol licenses, including applications and renewals.Liaise with regulatory authorities such as the NY/NJ Port Authority.Support internal stakeholders with legal research, contract tracking/writing/interpreting, and risk assessment.Maintain organized legal files and assist in document management and audits.Qualifications:Proven experience in a legal support role within the airline, food and beverage, or hospitality industry.Familiarity with Port Authority and other municipal/governmental compliance processes is a plus.Exceptional written communication and contract interpretation skills.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work onsite at our Southlake Office 4 days a week (1 day from home).
