We invest in our people, promote from within, and create an environment where effort, skill, and reliability are recognized. **What You''ll Do** - Assist with residential window and door installations under the guidance of experienced installers - Learn to measure, prep, remove, and install window and door units safely and accurately - Use hand and power tools to perform installation tasks and finishing work - Support sealing, caulking, insulation, exterior finishing, and cleanup - Follow quality standards and safety procedures at every step - Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment - Participate in classroom training, supervised fieldwork, and ongoing coaching **Program Highlights** - Paid comprehensive training combining classroom sessions and on-site experience - 3 to 6-month structured apprenticeship program - Industry-recognized Greenfox Installer Certification upon completion - Ongoing mentorship and supervision even after certification - Full-time employment opportunity once certified - Limited seats available for highly motivated applicants **Qualifications** - Applicants located in the greater Edmonton area are preferred.
