Job DescriptionWere looking for an Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help scale our team at SharpStakes. This role blends both recruiting and onboarding youll support general hiring, lead campus outreach, and ensure every new hire has a seamless, structured onboarding experience. We move fast, think bold, and were just getting started.What Youll DoSupport full-cycle recruitment across operations, partnerships, support, and early-career rolesOwn campus recruiting efforts: outreach, sourcing, events coordination, and intern hiringPost jobs, screen resumes, conduct first-round interviews, and coordinate with hiring managersBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming rolesLead the entire onboarding journey for new hires, from documentation to their first 30/60/90 daysCreate onboarding materials, checklists, and schedulesCoordinate equipment, system access, and internal introductionsPartner with leadership to ensure a consistent and supportive onboarding experienceGather onboarding feedback and continuously improve the processKeep accurate records for candidates and new hiresSupport early people programs (culture initiatives, engagement, training, etc.)Help develop repeatable HR processes as we growWhat Were Looking For13 years of experience in onboarding, recruitment, HR coordination, or people operationsStrong communicator with excellent organizational skillsComfortable managing multiple roles, timelines, and onboarding cycles at onceExperience with campus recruiting or early-career hiring is a major plusProactive and resourceful able to build processes from scratchEmpathetic, people-first approach while still being structured and efficientExperience in startups or fast-paced environments is an advantageInterest in sports, tech, or Gen Z culture is a bonusWhy Join UsPlay a foundational role in shaping the SharpStakes team and cultureBuild onboarding and early HR systems that scale with usHigh ownership your work directly impacts employee experience and hiring successRemote or hybrid flexibility (Ontario-based preferred)Opportunities for growth
