This is a full-time, in-office position as an Investment Advisor Assistant . The role focuses on client service, account administration, and specifically onboarding new accounts and updating account paperwork. Responsibilities Ensuring all paperwork is prepared for existing and new client meetings Onboarding new clients and updating existing client records Understanding the required documentation for all client account types Requesting completion of annual or missing documentation Manage day-to-day client requests Ensuring all client interactions are accurately completed and documented Ensuring client digital files and CRM profiles are current Facilitating and monitoring client banking and online deposits Communicating with head office teams and participating in monthly operations calls, training events and special projects Having a general understanding of other team members'' duties to provide coverage during absence or vacation Skills & Qualifications Strong communication skills Highly organized to handle multiple priorities, fast-paced environment Detail orientated Team player Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PDFs Familiarity with Salesforce preferred Canadian Securities Course (CSC) preferred Previous Administrative Experience in investment industry preferred Post secondary education required Compensation A competitive salary commensurate with your qualifications and experience Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 Competitive vacation & health package Opportunities for growth Qualified applicants can submit a cover letter and resume to by December 19, 2025.
