Your new role As a Field Services Electrician, you will play a key role in installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairing water and wastewater treatment systems. This is a hands-on technical position involving electrical work, instrumentation, and PLC programming. Based out of Carp, ON, you will travel approximately 50% of the time across Canada, including frequent work in Nova Scotia, to support major clients in the Defence sector. You will represent the company in the field, ensuring systems operate to engineering and customer specifications. Key responsibilities include: Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial water/wastewater systems. Maintain and calibrate instrumentation and process control equipment. Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Automation Direct). Interpret electrical schematics and process flow diagrams. Respond to service calls and short-notice travel requirements. What you''ll need to succeed Valid 309A or 442A Electrical License. Minimum 4 years of experience as an industrial electrician (manufacturing or water treatment preferred). Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with ESA/TSSA safety standards. Eligible for security clearance and hold a valid Canadian passport. Ability to travel frequently across Canada (up to 50%). Bilingual (French-English) is an asset. What you''ll get in return Competitive salary $65K$78K.
