We are looking for a Part-Time Global Recruiter to join us on an 8-month contract. This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence at least once per week in our Toronto office.What youll doOwn end-to-end global recruitment processes.Perform hands-on sourcing independently across LinkedIn, databases, networking, and additional platforms.Manage and optimize multiple recruitment sources, including external recruitment vendors.Conduct screening and structured interviews.Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers from role kickoff (JD posting) through final offer and close.Coordinate candidates through to closing, including offer management and contract/letter signing.Run multiple roles in parallel while maintaining a strong candidate experience and meeting tight timelines.What were looking forProven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including strong direct sourcing capability.Experience collaborating with and managing external recruitment vendors/agencies.Highly independent, proactive, and comfortable owning processes with minimal supervision.Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high process quality and compliance.Experience recruiting Go-to-Market roles Contract & work modelPart-time position for 8 months.Hybrid: at least 1 day/week on-site in Toronto.Start date: ASAP / flexible.If youre an energetic, professional recruiter who thrives in a high-intensity environment, loves sourcing, and enjoys owning hiring processes end-to-end wed love to hear from you.
