Location: Canada (Flexible / Hybrid / Remote) Experience Level: Senior 7+ years of ERP experienceJob DescriptionAmaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Migration Architect to lead and drive large-scale ERP migration initiatives for enterprise clients across Canada.In this strategic role, you will design and oversee end-to-end migration architectures, ensuring excellence in technical delivery, data integrity, and integration across systems. You will also play a key leadership role by coaching and mentoring project teams, fostering technical excellence, and promoting consistency in migration best practices.Core ResponsibilitiesMigration Architecture & DeliveryDesign end-to-end migration architectures from legacy ERPs (AX, NAV, SAP, Oracle, etc.) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Lead data migration strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation using tools such as DMF, Azure Data Factory, or Scribe.Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with Microsofts Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected principles.Define integration patterns using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and APIs to ensure seamless interoperability with third-party systems.Conduct solution reviews and gap analyses, providing clear recommendations for migration paths, optimizations, and customizations.Ensure all migrations adhere to best practices in security, performance, and governance.Coaching & Team EnablementMentor and coach functional consultants, developers, and junior architects throughout the migration lifecycle.Deliver internal training sessions on D365 F&O migration best practices, performance optimization, and upgrade strategies.Foster knowledge sharing and standardization of migration methodologies across projects.Support career growth and development of team members through hands-on guidance and constructive feedback.Profile RequirementsMinimum 7 years of ERP experience, including 4+ years on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Proven experience leading full lifecycle D365 F&O migration projects.Strong expertise in data migration, X++, LCS, Power Platform, and Azure integration services.Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management in D365.Demonstrated experience coaching teams and delivering technical enablement sessions.Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain ManagementMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (or equivalent cloud certification)Soft SkillsStrong leadership and communication skills, with a client-oriented mindset.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Bilingual (French and English) strong asset for Montreal-based projects.Why choose usAn international community bringing together more than 110 different nationalitiesAn environment where trust is central: 70% of our leaders started their careers at the entry levelA strong training system with our internal Academy and more than 250 modules availableA dynamic work environment that frequently comes together for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.)Amaris Consulting promotes equal opportunities.
