With a presence in over 14 countries, the group is a global leader in the provision of trading solutions.They are now seeking a bilingual Client Service Executive (Mandarin) to join their Premium Client Management team in Toronto. This role is central to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with high-value clients.Role & ResponsibilitiesOversee every stage of the client lifecycle for an assigned portfolio in the China and Canada markets.Guide clients through the account opening process, including documentation, platform demonstrations, and initial trade support.Build and nurture longterm client relationships by providing product updates, market insights, and regular portfolio reviews.Support inactive clients by resolving platform issues and reengaging them with tailored solutions.Partner with the marketing team to draft and translate communications, website content, and campaign material.Ensure an outstanding client experience through efficient query handling, complaint resolution, and seamless trade execution.Respond proactively to client inquiries, escalating issues promptly when required.Stay informed on global market and economic developments to provide timely trading support and insights.Skills & Experience RequiredBachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.Nativelevel Mandarin proficiency and fluency in spoken and written English.Prior experience in a clientfacing role (e.g., sales, client management, or client services).Understanding of financial markets.Strong integrity, with a highly clientcentric mindset.Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
