Job Description:Resolve incidents.Install hardware components as well as audio, video, and videoconferencing software.Perform tasks according to current procedures for service requests and incidents.Support all audiovisual equipment (Audio, Video, and Multimedia) and videoconferencing systems.Carry out relocations and setups on-site and/or across the province (1 to 5 days per week depending on location and team).Redirect incidents, service requests, and other requests that cannot be handled to the appropriate teams based on the nature and complexity of the request.Participate in technical support and layout projects.Travel to various regions of Qubec as needed.Must-Haves:Specialization in electrotechnics, audiovisual engineering, electronic technology with audiovisual option, programmable electronics and robotics ordered systems technology, computer technology, or another relevant specialization.Two (2) years of experience in support and deployment (installation) of audiovisual and videoconferencing environments using one or more of the following products: Creston, AMX, Extron, Symtrix, Bi-Amp, QSC, Q-SYS, Peavey NION, Cisco Codecs, MS Teams Rooms, Clock Audio, SVSI, AVer, Minrray, PTZ cameras, audio/video encoders/decoders, modulators, infrared radiators.One (1) year of experience in customer service.Valid drivers license.
