Tools/TechMSSP platformsSIEM, SOAR toolsNIST, CIS frameworksProject Management tools (Agile/Waterfall) ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end MSSP transition planning and delivery, including design sessions, testing, and adoption.Coordinate SOC services migration (threat intelligence, incident response, vulnerability management).Manage vendor onboarding, ensuring contractual and technical compliance.Oversee transition governance, risk escalation, and issue resolution.Align activities with cybersecurity frameworks and operational readiness criteria.Validate service levels and contractual deliverables post-onboarding.Support knowledge transfer and training for SOC analysts.Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards throughout the transition.
