Job Description

This role serves as a strategic liaison between HR , ESS (Enterprise Services & Solutions, formerly GBS) , and our IT Development Factory . The consultant will play a pivotal role in translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions, guiding the HRIT roadmap, and ensuring alignment between HR stakeholders and technology delivery teams. Business-IT Translation: Act as a bridge between HR/ESS and IT, translating business requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for the Workday platform. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices to optimize the employee experience and operational efficiency within the Workday ecosystem. Workday experience across multiple modules primarily Core HCM along with Compensation, Absence Management, Recruitment, Benefits Administration, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Payroll etc. Proven experience acting as a translator between business and technical teams, with a strong understanding of both HR processes and Workday configuration. Experience in leading or supporting HRIT projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment. Deep familiarity with Workday tools and functionality; experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a plus. Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Workday certification(s) preferred. Proven expertise in Workday Core HCM and other HR platforms. Strong track record of leading HR technology transformations and system implementations. Ability to drive digital transformation and automation in HR processes. Strong project management and change leadership skills. Expertise in data analytics, workforce insights, and reporting tools. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
