ASI works with a large network of airlines, including several dedicated freighter operators, to facilitate the movement of cargo to virtually any international destination.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Edmonton, AB for an Air Cargo Operations professional. The position involves managing the day-to-day operations of cargo, including coordinating air cargo shipments, managing booking processes, coordinating with airports and carriers, and handling documentation. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with freight forwarding clients and airline partners to ensure a high level of customer service.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in air cargo operationsKnowledge of IATA, ICAO, and TSA regulations and requirementsExperience with Cargo Management Systems, and other supply chain softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with freight forwarding clients and airline partnersAbility to work under pressure and prioritize workload to meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to find efficient and cost-effective solutionsDetail-oriented individual with the ability to analyze data and perform root cause analysis
