This organization promotes a culture that encourages professional development, cross-functional collaboration, and empowered decision-making.Youll also gain exposure to enterprise-scale initiatives, work with diverse teams, and contribute to sourcing strategies that make a meaningful impact.Your ResponsibilitiesYoull handle end-to-end IT sourcing and contracting initiatives, including SaaS, cloud, hardware, and consulting services.In this role, youll help with development of sourcing strategies and manage RFx processes for medium to high-complexity projects.Youll negotiate pricing, terms, SLAs, and commercial conditions with vendors to drive value and mitigate risk.Youll partner with legal, compliance, privacy, and security teams to support contract execution.Youll act as a trusted liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.Youll identify cost-saving opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Youll provide mentorship and subject matter guidance to junior team members.Skills and Qualifications1+ year of experience in an IT procurement or sourcing rolePost-secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experienceWorking knowledge of IT procurement processes, technologies, and servicesStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player with a high sense of accountabilitySCMP or CSCMP designation is considered an assetNote from the Hiring ManagerWere looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as working with contracts.
