When you see a clunky step, youre already brainstorming how AI or automation could tidy it up.You like being the quiet architect behind a great candidate experience building better systems so people can shine.Conversations come easily, and listening is your secret superpower.Youre detail-oriented enough to catch what others miss, but big-picture enough to build processes that actually work.You have a soft spot for consistency, accuracy and clarity all the things that make recruitment run smoothly.And youre proud to represent AMA, sharing our Practically Family culture with every candidate who picks up the phone.How Youll Make an ImpactReporting to the Supervisor, Recruitment, you will support full-cycle hiring activities and strengthen our recruitment systems and workflows by:Conducting pre-screen calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and alignment with AMAs culture.Building process maps and documenting recruitment workflows to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.Evaluate and implement AI and digital tools to simplify administration, strengthen candidate pipelines, and boost efficiency in talent acquisition.Supporting the creation of job postings and ensuring they accurately reflect the qualities needed for success.Staying informed about new recruitment technologies, process innovations, and labour market trends.Supporting talent acquisition projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Serving as an ambassador for AMA, sharing our employment experience and total rewards with prospective candidates.What You Bring to the TableYou have a diploma, degree, or certificate in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.You have experience supporting recruitment processes or administrative functions within a fast-paced environment.You are comfortable using HRIS systems (Workday experience is an asset).You have strong technical skills and enjoy working with modern productivity tools and AI-enabled platforms.You bring an analytical mindset, with the ability to document processes and identify opportunities for optimization.You demonstrate professionalism, sound judgement, and a commitment to confidentiality.Belonging Matters HereAMA is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and accessible environment.
