In this role, youll be a key partner in streamlining office workflows, maintaining compliance standards, supporting the field teams, and strengthening communication between the office and leadership.Serve as the central administrative support for the Markham officeSupport the Operations Manager (Todd) with scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and general administrative supportEnter, update, and maintain sales orders and financial information in the ERP system (money coming in and going out)Generate purchase orders, coordinate shipments, and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate delivery timelinesAssist with shipping tasks, including packaging, labelling, and creating outgoing shipmentsManage incoming calls, mail, inquiries, and route communication to the appropriate team membersMaintain organized filing systems, documentation, and contractor compliance recordsMonitor and order office supplies, uniforms, and operational materials to keep teams fully equippedLiaise with internal IT to troubleshoot office technology issuesSupport HR with onboarding tasks and new-hire setupMaintain office tidiness, organization, and a professional work environmentProvide general administrative support to operations, field teams, and leadershipStep into a well-established function with significant inherited responsibilities from a long-tenured team memberPerform additional duties as required to support the success of the operations teamAbout You:2+ years of administration or office management experience1+ year of experience using bookkeeping software and systemsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to operational accuracyExperienced with administrative workflows, data entry, and basic bookkeeping or financial systemsComfortable managing both transactional tasks and fast-changing prioritiesStrong communicatorclear, friendly, and effective across teams and levelsAble to build trust quickly and serve as a dependable point of contact in the officeTech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative toolsConfident working with compliance documentation, records management, and structured processesSkilled at juggling multiple tasks without sacrificing quality or timelinessComfortable working fully onsite (Markham) in a MondayFriday, 8 am4 pm environmentFamiliarity with OHSA standards, local labour laws, or unionized environments is a plusBeing bilingual in English and French is considered an assetMotivated by supporting a mission-critical business and contributing to a high-performance operations teamThe Extras that Matter:RRSP contributions$65,000 Base SalaryEmployee Assistance ProgramWork alongside industry leaders in mission-critical environment solutionsA collaborative, innovative culture where your work directly impacts client successPosted on
