HR GeneralistCalgary, ABFull time, on siteCompensation: 65,000 to 85,000 base salary plus benefitsOur client is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily people operations within a busy, forward facing environment. This on site role works closely with employees, supervisors, and management to provide consistent HR guidance and ensure a positive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a first point of contact for employees and leaders across the facilitySupport recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboardingAdminister benefits, attendance management, performance processes, and general HR programsAssist with employee relations by gathering information, documenting matters, and supporting issue resolutionMaintain accurate HR records and prepare routine reportingSupport training coordination, health and safety requirements, and compliance activitiesParticipate in policy updates, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement projectsProvide day to day HR guidance based on strong knowledge of employment legislationQualifications2 to 5 years of progressive HR experience in an operations or front line environmentDeep working knowledge of the Canada Labour Code and related regulationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable, forward facing styleProven ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgmentComfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple prioritiesEducation in Human Resources or related field, CHRP designation considered an assetCompensation and BenefitsBase salary between 65,000 and 85,000 based on experienceComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to contribute to a collaborative, people focused environment
