Customer Care & Logistics Coordinator Abbotsford, BCA leading construction materials provider is seeking a Customer Care & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily order scheduling and serve as the primary contact for customers at the Abbotsford ready-mix location. This fast-paced role requires strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.What Youll DoAct as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and order updates.Review and validate orders, noting special requirements.Communicate policies, order details, driver instructions, and delivery expectations.Support drivers with accurate job-site details, directions, and issue resolution.Update customers on delays, ETAs, availability, and pricing.Coordinate closely with Logistics, Operations, Sales, Quality, and Shipping.Investigate and document order or delivery issues, including QA/QC or safety incidents.Handle administrative tasks to support billing, ticket tracking, and issue resolution.Follow and promote all health, safety, and environmental procedures.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience in construction, logistics, or a fast-paced call-centre environment (asset).Strong communication skills (phone & email) and a customer-focused attitude.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.Solid PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional Saturday shifts.Knowledge of local geography and familiarity with construction sites is an asset.Ability to follow PPE/safety requirements, including respirator guidelines.Whats Offered$25/hourFlexible health & dental benefitsPension plan + voluntary RRSP/TFSA optionsEmployee & Family Assistance ProgramMental-health and well-being supportLearning platforms, career development, and financial educationParental support programsEmployee discounts and recognition awardsCompany-provided PPEInclusive and supportive work culture
