Bayshore is looking to hire a Wound Care Nurse Specialist (RN), Skin Wellness Associate Nurse (RPN), or International Interprofessional Wound Care Course educated Nurse to join our amazing team. Education Registered Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario Certification as Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC), Skin Wellness Associate Nurse (SWAN), or International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC) Qualifications Two years previous experience in the development of wound care management programs in the hospital or community setting. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle Previous visiting nursing experience will be considered an asset Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire Current CPR certification required Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients.
