We are supporting a growing team looking for an Experience Designer who can bring digital concepts to life across web, mobile, AR/VR, and emerging platforms. This role blends creativity, digital craft, and user centered design to build intuitive, engaging experiences.Responsibilities: Design interactive experiences for both professional and consumer audiences Develop concepts, prototypes, animations, and visual systems Collaborate with creative, UX, copy, and development partners Present work clearly and manage feedback cycles Build scalable designs across web, mobile, and extended reality Develop and maintain design system components Ensure all work aligns with brand standards and best practicesRequirements: 3+ years in digital or experience design Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with animation and prototyping tools (Principle, Spline, Lottie, etc.) Ability to design intuitive, user centered interfaces Knowledge of 3D tools (Three.js is a plus) Experience in Pharma, Finance, or Healthcare requiredSecurity Notice:For your security, please be aware that Clutch recruiters will only contact candidates from an official @clutchnow.com email address.
