Key Requirements RPA Developer with 7+ years hands-on development experience. Must have: Secret Clearance Conduct functional analysis, requirements gathering, and process discovery workshops to identify automation opportunities Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Blue Prism, following best practices and coding standards Create technical documentation (PDDs, SDDs) and provide ongoing support for production RPA solutions.
