Senior Experience DesignerLocation: Western Canada / Vancouver/Open to working PST Hours Salary: 109,000 to 132,000 CADClutch is partnering with a creative team seeking a Senior Experience Designer who can lead digital experience development across multiple platforms. This role is hands on, strategic, and perfect for someone who enjoys concepting, prototyping, and shaping systems that bring brand and campaign ideas to life.Responsibilities: Lead design of full digital experiences including navigation, architecture, and UI systems Translate strategy into wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity design Present work confidently and articulate design decisions Build interactive prototypes and motion concepts Collaborate across creative, UX, development, and strategy Test and iterate based on user feedback and internal reviews Maintain component libraries across platforms Mentor junior designers and uphold high creative standardsRequirements: 4+ years in digital or experience design Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Strong motion and interaction skills Experience with Lottie, Spline, Principle, FigJam, and related tools Familiarity with emerging design technologies Experience in Pharma, Finance, or Healthcare required Strong communication and collaboration skillsFor your security, please be aware that Clutch recruiters will only contact candidates from an official @clutchnow.com email address.
