Since 1988, it has been recognized for leadership in project excellence, safety standards, and customer-driven problem-solving while using market-leading techniques and systems.We are growing and seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team.Position Overview The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This is a 100% onsite role that requires regular client interaction, jobsite presence, and effective coordination with internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of commercial roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executionServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional communication and timely updatesCoordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departmentsEnsure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and safety requirementsPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondenceUse basic software tools such as Excel, Word, and email for daily project management tasksRequired Experience & Qualifications5+ years of commercial roofing experience (mandatory) Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methodsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with basic computer software (Excel, Word, email)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work 100% onsite
