Senior Digital Project Manager MarTechLocation: Hybrid 12 days/week on site at client locations in downtown TorontoAbout the roleWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager, MarTech to join the team. Youll be the daytoday delivery lead across complex MarTech initiatives, including marketing platform migrations, new platform standups, integrations, and ongoing optimization programs. This role will lead the management of multiple projects, across multiple brands or clients.Youll coordinate weekly resourcing for MarTech engagements, keep large projects moving endtoend, and act as the primary, ontheground contact for client stakeholders.What youll doClient Communication Identify potential growth opportunities within accounts in partnership with account leads.Serve as the primary daytoday frontfacing contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships.Provide clear, consistent status reporting and facilitate alignment across client and internal teams.Planning Translate client goals and requirements into clear roadmaps, project plans, and backlogs.Balance scope & timelines, while proactively managing risks and dependencies.Drive change requests for any scope, timeline, or budget changes and secure approvals.Anticipate demand and surface resourcing risks early (capacity gaps, skill gaps, conflicting priorities).Execution Lead endtoend delivery of complex MarTech projects like platform migrations, platform standups, multisystem integrations (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Microsoft Dnyamics 365).Coordinate weekly resourcing for engagements, partnering with Ops and discipline leads.Run delivery calls (planning, standups, demos, retros).Maintain documentation hubs and decision tracking.Who you areYou have a love for your craft both project management and marketing technology delivery.Highly organized and detailoriented, but comfortable adapting plans as realities change.Strong facilitator and communicator; equally comfortable with client stakeholders and technical teams.Strong team leadership skills (helping lead the teams work).Collaborative and focused on whats best for the client and the work.Energized by complexity, ambiguity, and helping teams navigate through it.What youll bring5+ years of project management experience in digital/technology delivery, with strong MarTech exposure (marketing automation, CDP, CRM, analytics, personalization, or similar).Have a deep background and understanding of technical platforms/programsProven experience leading large, complex initiatives such as platform implementations, migrations, or multiworkstream programs.Strong fundamentals in scope, schedule, risk and quality.Experience working closely with development, data and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity for nontechnical stakeholders.Comfort working in environments with incomplete information and evolving client needs.
