Position: Directional Driller WEC Specialist (DMHV DD)Location: Calgary, ABDuration: 12-month contractShift: 12 hours, 21x7 rotationPay Rate: $C1200 per dayRequirement: Must possess strong SAGD (Steam-Assisted Gravity Drainage) experience with a minimum of 5 years.Responsibilities:Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable Product & Service Delivery (PSD) to customers.Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implement standard work, and manage risk during operations.Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.Execute directional drilling services according to operational and quality standards.Participate in job risk analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote company products and services.Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through CAT implementation, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and implement performance improvement action plans.Support and adhere to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality initiatives.Consistently wear PPE and comply with all HSE policies and procedures.Maintain all required safety training and certifications.Who We AreSGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.
