Director, Private Client Concierge NFP, an Aon company (Canada) FullTime, Permanent Location: GTA Hybrid Hours per week: 35 About the role: We are seeking a forwardthinking, experienced Director of Private Client Concierge Insurance to lead and elevate our Private Client division. This role is responsible for overseeing the endtoend delivery of service and sales to highnetworth (HNW) individuals and families. You will ensure exceptional client experiences while driving growth through strategic sales leadership, advisor coaching, and operational discipline. This is a handson leadership position that demands deep expertise in risk management, superior service delivery standards, and the ability to cultivate a performancedriven, clientfirst culture. What Youll Do Provide strategic oversight and direction for the Private Client Insurance team across service and sales. Champion a highperformance culture grounded in accountability, integrity, and trust. Collaborate with executive leadership to align team goals with broader business strategy. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policy requirements. Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective collaboration across advisors and producers. Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management, producer enablement, and sales performance tracking. Coach advisors and producers on complex risk placements and sales strategies tailored to HNW clients. Lead the service team to deliver whiteglove client experiences, balancing responsiveness with tailored solutions. Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent in both service and sales functions. Act as executive sponsor or escalation point for toptier client relationships and support strategic relationship building with centers of influence. Personally service a small, dedicated book of ultra high net worth clients, ensuring direct oversight and continuity for the firms most complex relationships. What You Bring 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in insurance, preferably in a private client or highnetworth environment. RIBO, or relevant provincial licensing required; CIP, CRM, or CAIB is an asset. Proven ability to lead both sales and service teams with measurable results. Deep understanding of personal risk management and HNW client expectations. Exceptional communication and executive presence. Strong business acumen with a focus on execution, process, and results.
