This leadership role combines business development, client engagement as well as defining technical orientations of the discipline.Working as part of the Rail, Transit Systems and Telecoms Practice, you will be developing the overall Bus Transit Engineering strategy, in unlocking market opportunities, building capabilities and offering the best value to our customers.**Your role within the team:*** *Strategic Leadership:* Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the Bus Transit Engineering discipline, aligned with corporate goals and market trends.* *Practice Development:* Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and specialists, fostering innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.* *Client Engagement:* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with public agencies, municipalities, and private sector clients.
