Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche d'un(e) agent(e) de mthode structure pour rejoindre notre quipe mthode configuration base Mirabel (Qubec, Canada), o vous travaillerez conjointement avec les quipes d'ingnierie , qualit et production. Vous ferez partie de l'quipe mthode configuration charge de la mise en place des solution de design , rsoudre les enjeux de la ligne d'assemblage et amliorer la qualit du produit. L'organisation de l'quipe est tablie de manire promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manire autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre environnement de travail: Le sige du programme d'avions commerciaux A220 est situ Mirabel, dans la rgion mtropolitaine de Montral, deux pas de la ville dynamique de Montral. Vos dfis: Grer des lots de travaux structuraux majeurs; Participer au dveloppement des solutions de conception; tre responsable des installations structurelles; Incorporer les modifications de conception; Signer et approuver les modifications de conception de l'ingnierie; Suivre le processus de gestion du changement, comme la cration des cahiers, des dossiers d'action, des demandes d'outillage, etc.; Grer la rallocation des composants majeurs. Votre profil: Vous dtenez un DEC ou BAC spcialis en aronautique (construction, maintenance), en gnie mcanique dans un tablissement d'enseignement reconnu (CEGEP ou universit) ; Vous avez 5 ans d'exprience en configuration d'aronautique ou un domaine connexe; Vous avez un bon niveau de connaissance du franais et de l'anglais parl et crit; Vous avez de bonnes capacits d'organisation et de planification; Vous tes dbrouillard, autonome et avez de bonnes comptences en rsolution de problmes; Vous avez un bon jugement et vous travaillez bien dans une quipe multidisciplinaire; Vous avez de l'exprience en gestion du projet Vous avez des habilits animer des sessions des ateliers du travail. Vous avez une matrise des logiciels Catia V5, SAP, la suite Google. The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking a Structural Methods Agent to join our Configuration Methods Team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering, quality, and production teams. You will be part of the Configuration Methods Team, responsible for implementing design solutions, resolving assembly line challenges, and improving product quality. The team's structure promotes autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning. In your role you will be: Manage major structural work packages; Participate in the development of design solutions; Be responsible for structural installations; Incorporate design changes; Sign and approve engineering design modifications; Follow the change management process, such as creating notebooks, action files, tooling requests, etc; Manage the reallocation of major components. Your boarding pass: You have a DEC (Diplme d'tudes collgiales) or a Bachelor's degree specializing in aeronautics (construction, maintenance) or mechanical engineering from a recognized educational institution (CEGEP or university); You have 5 years of experience in aeronautical configuration or a related field; You have a good command of spoken and written French and English; You have strong organizational and planning skills; You are resourceful, autonomous, and have good problem-solving skills; You have good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team; You have experience in project management; You are skilled at leading workshops and work sessions; You are proficient in Catia V5, SAP, and the Google Suite.
